These are exciting times. Effective June 30, 2023, the Rotary Club of Eau Claire includes the former Rotary Club of Eau Claire Morning members. The merger of the Noon and Morning clubs bring together members dedicated to "Service Above Self." The merger makes it easier to pool resources from both clubs and focus these resources toward community projects. It also offers greater service and social opportunities for members of both clubs.Eau Claire business leaders and professionals founded the Rotary Club of Eau Claire in 1925. It was the only club that existed in Eau Claire until the Rotary Club of Eau Claire Morning formed in 1988. The clubs quickly became known as the Noon and Morning clubs, for the original club continued to meet at 12:00 pm while the new Morning club met at 7:00 am.
The merger of two Eau Claire Rotary clubs back into one club completes the Rotary circle started almost 100 years ago.
